This carving set was handmade in the village of Laguiole, France where the Laguiole knife was invented in the early 1800's. 

About this Carving Set - Horn Tip Handle

Handle Material: Light horn tip (the tip of the horn is the hardest part) from African Zebu. Note that horn color can vary with shades of white, grey, yellow and brown. 
Construction: Stainless Steel. The knife is 12" long, the fork is 10" long
