    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
    • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • Salad:

    • 1 pomegranate, seeded
    • 1 pound mixed field greens

Directions

    • Slowly drizzle in the canola oil, whisking continuously until emulsified. Season with a touch of salt and additional white pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the Salad:

    • In a large serving bowl, gently toss the mixed field greens with the dressing until lightly coated.
