The Mayfair Hall purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/edit sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill cut-off date or you will continue to be billed for the following box.
To cancel, email The Mayfair Hall at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include on subject line “cancel”, your full name and reason for cancelation. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.
Annual membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual memberships prepay for 6 boxes and are nonrefundable.
