INDIVIDUAL ORDERS

Thank you for shopping with us. The Mayfair Hall is committed to offering you exceptional service. Should you wish to return item(s) in your order please contact us at hello@themayfairhall.com.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been used, altered, or worn in any way. Item(s) must be in the original carton, complete with all original packaging. The item(s) must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the item(s), and can lead to a refusal of your return.

Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. Custom items, sale items, and gifts cards are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are not available for international shipments.

Upon receipt of returned goods, The Mayfair Hall reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

MEMBERSHIP ORDERS

The Mayfair Hall Membership Orders are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items or additional box purchases. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill cut-off date or you will continue to be billed for the following box.

To cancel, email The Mayfair Hall at hello@themayfairhall.com. Include on subject line “cancel”, your full name and reason for cancelation. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.  

Annual membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual memberships prepay for 6 boxes and are nonrefundable.
